One night we went on a truly bizarre Ghost Tour of Prague…
The stories were of average scare-level, but any potential creepiness was cancelled out by our tour guide, who wore a 7ft tall Grim Reaper costume and told every story in a japanese-accented muppet voice (accompanied by sweeping hand gestures and lame jokes). It was just….bizarre.
Prague’s Opera House, and the place where Don Giovanni was first performed!
Food from the Christmas Market :D
I swear, that ham was amazing. They just have huge legs pf ham continually roasting on spits…I ate so much ham :O

Why buy a chocolate Santa when you can buy a chocolate Satan?
I thought this was very bizarre when I saw it for sale in a convenience store, until a roommate at the hostel explained it all to me. There is a special holiday in December 5th in the Czech Republic, which is sort of like a pre-christmas celebration. People will form trios and dress up as Mikuláš (Czech St. Nicholas), Satan and an Angel and then go to the homes of small children and give them presents. Weird, but awesome :D
The Prague Christmas Market is great value - cute little souvenirs and delicious food!
Feel free to admire my lovely jumper :D Rachel and I bought a matching set of the ugliest ugly Christmas jumpers ever from a stall in Romania!
